Questions Buyers Often Ask
What is the return policy?
At Lorvelife, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and service. Is this plate size suitable for my meals?
Each plate includes detailed dimensions and recommended uses on the product page to help you choose the right size.
Whether you are serving desserts, breakfast, side dishes or main meals, please check the size guide and product description for the best fit.
If you are unsure which size is right for your needs, our customer service team will be happy to provide further assistance.
Will knives and forks scratch the surface?
The high-fired glazed surface is designed for everyday dining. Like all ceramic tableware, repeated heavy scraping with sharp metal utensils may leave marks over time.
Can I use this handmade plate every day?
Absolutely. Handmade does not mean it is only for display.
Each Lorvelife ceramic plate combines traditional hand-painted craftsmanship with modern everyday practicality. Made with food-safe ceramic and fired at over 1280°C (2336°F), it is designed for daily meals as well as special occasions.
Enjoy it for breakfast, desserts, afternoon tea, family dinners, or entertaining guests.
Will my plate look exactly like the photos?
Yes, your plate will have the same design and overall appearance as shown in the photos.
Because every piece is individually hand-painted, subtle variations in brushstrokes, colours, and patterns may occur. These small differences are part of the beauty of handmade ceramics and ensure that each plate is truly unique.
