At Lorvelife, every handmade ceramic piece is carefully inspected, wrapped and securely packaged before leaving our studio.
As each item is handcrafted and fragile, we take extra care to ensure your mug, plate or tableware arrives safely and beautifully presented.
All orders are shipped with tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
Shipping Time: Please expect an additional 1–2 days on top of the original estimated arrival time, as the shipping provider may need more time at the customs clearance stage.
Order Processing Time
The total waiting time= order processing time + shipping time.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods, holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Handmade Ceramic Notice
Every Lorvelife piece is individually hand-painted, making each item truly unique.
Slight variations in brushstrokes, colour tones, glaze effects and dimensions are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship. These details are not imperfections — they are part of the beauty and authenticity of every piece.
If you are looking for perfectly identical items, handmade ceramics may not be the right choice for you.
Damaged During Delivery?
Although we use protective packaging designed for fragile ceramics, unexpected damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:
